- Handling end to end project Management for executing projects involving scoping, initiating, high level design & architecture, Resource Planning, execution within cost & time parameters, Change Management, Project closing and Handover

- Work area in telecom billing , lawful interception, fraud management ,Revenue assurance, SGSN and SMSC

- Manage Installation and Integration ACTIVITIES.

- Manage project operations.

- Manage client relationships and deliverables

- Strong People management , Customer relationship building,

- Provide logistical and delivery direction to team members on projects & Team Management

- Provided overall Technical solution for designing and integrating different Application platform.

- Identifying Engineering dependencies and Requirement gathering /Clarification/ Feedback

- Should be capable of handling daily, weekly, monthly Project Tracking, Monitoring, Reporting Risk Mitigation and handling project from requirements to Acceptance Testing as Single Point of Contact

- Co-ordinate with technology partners & vendors for development support

- Working knowledge of OSS / BSS, Fraud Mgmt.,



Revenue assurance & Lawful Interception.

- Coding Experience in Unix Shell Scripting

- Experience in writing packages in pl/sql.

- Should have adequate knowledge on telecom billing

- Ability to understand logical configuration steps

- Positive client interfacing skill

- Good knowledge in Core Network technologies & protocol standards (SS7, Sigtran).

- Understanding of Business Scenario in Telecom Domain

- Excellent persuasive and influencing skill

- Should have good analytical skill & trouble shooting skill

- Sound understanding of GSM N/w and Architecture and Telecom & Networking

- Preferably from telecom software background – added advantage if candidate is from an existing OSS/BSS company

Experience
