Duties & Responsibilities

Writing, debugging Python code on Linux. In addition, having hands on experience in writing, debugging and optimizing SQL queries, function and stored procedures.

- Develop and maintain scalable Python ETL pipelines, build current pipelines and facilitate API integrations to support new requirements
- Experience writing python applications that interact with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
- Knowledge of XML and JSON parsing with unit test and debugging skills
- Working experience on Oracle, MS SQL, Wintel, Linux, MS Sharepoint, Active Directory, Messaging, Network, Field Services, Zenoss, SCOM, ServiceNow Automation using Python REST API and SNOW report automation.
- Writing complex SQL queries (functions, procedures as required based on the requirements) to serve new requirements for ETL, data analysis, debugging and finetune or optimize queries
- Debug Python code,



modify and enhance Python ETL applications based on the requirements on Linux environment.
- Write unit, functional, regression tests for enhanced feature, maintain engineering documentation.
- Operations experience comprising of
- L1, L0 monitoring and Service desk support team,
- Working hand in hand with L2 and L3 teams to monitor and assign the incidents and providing L1 and L0 24/7 support
- Initiating intelligent swarming process, collaborating with teams for troubleshooting the issue, major incident bridge driving

- Daily Operations duties

- Daily SLA tracking
- Unassigned incidents
- Monitoring Device modelling report
- Tickets without updates (based on work notes and Additional comments)
- Service desk SLA management
- Change vs Incident generation report
- Event vs incident report
- Oracle report for wrong assignment group tracking

- Communicate closely with all product owners, Business and engineering teams to develop approaches for data platform architecture
- Process oriented with excellent oral and written communication skill with a desire for customer service
