- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Prepare and process invoices and billing for completed work.
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and quality standards.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to obtain the best possible prices.
- Provide regular financial reports and updates to senior management.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of construction projects.
