Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Channel Development Manager to drive international business expansion by identifying, developing, and onboarding distribution partners across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel development, business development, or B2B sales, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers and close strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, qualify, and onboard new distribution partners across Southeast Asia.
- Convert qualified inbound leads into signed distribution agreements.
- Conduct qualification calls and meetings with distributors and enterprise customers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Develop outreach strategies and collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation.




- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and early activation of new distribution partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful partner training and implementation.
- Travel for distributor meetings, customer meetings, and trade shows as required.

Required Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Channel Development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience acquiring new distributors, dealers, channel partners, or resellers.
- Proven track record of signing and closing distributor/channel partner agreements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Solid written and spoken English.
- Experience working with international clients or Southeast Asian markets is an advantage

Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
