Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production incharge to lead and manage end-to-end garment production operations. The ideal candidate will ensure on-time delivery, quality excellence, cost efficiency, and workforce productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Planning & Execution

- Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines
- Optimize workflow, minimize bottlenecks, and reduce downtime
- Coordinate with merchandising, purchase, inventory, and quality teams

2. Manpower & Floor Management

- Allocate manpower and supervise shop-floor operations
- Ensure proper shift planning and productivity control
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff
- Maintain discipline and positive work culture

3. Quality Control & Process Improvement

- Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards
- Monitor in-line and final inspections
- Lead corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Implement Lean, Kaizen,



and continuous improvement practices

4. Machinery, Materials & Inventory Control

- Ensure optimal utilization of machines and resources
- Coordinate maintenance and breakdown handling
- Track raw material usage and minimize wastage
- Ensure uninterrupted material flow to production

5. Safety, Compliance & Reporting

- Enforce workplace safety and statutory compliance
- Maintain production reports, KPIs, and dashboards
- Support audits and documentation requirements
- Report performance metrics to management
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree
- Mandatory experience in garments/textiles manufacturing
- Strong leadership and shop-floor management skills
- Sound knowledge of production planning, quality systems, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in MS Office / ERP systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Profile

- Garment stitching unit experience
- Exposure to Lean manufacturing & process optimization
- Strong team leadership and delivery-driven mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
