Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 year in blue-collar recruitment within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles such as stewards, chefs, kitchen staff, F&B; service, and support staff.
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidate onboarding.
- Meet hiring targets within timelines.
- Maintain recruitment records and build a robust candidate pipeline.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in blue-collar hiring for the hospitality industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
