Security Supervisor – SSW Security Services

Job Role:

SSW Security Services is looking for an honest, responsible, and disciplined Security Supervisor who can manage security guards at different sites and maintain positive relations with clients.

Your Responsibilities:

- Check that all guards report to duty on time.
- Visit sites regularly and guide guards in their work.
- Arrange replacement if any guard is absent.
- Make sure guards are in proper uniform and following company rules.
- Solve small site issues and inform the office about major problems.
- Talk politely with clients and handle their concerns.
- Send simple daily updates through WhatsApp.
- Help train current guards and maintain discipline.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in security field.
- Experience as Supervisor, Head Guard,



or Ex-Army/Ex-Police will be preferred.
- Should know how to use a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Should have a valid driving licence (preferred).
- Honest, punctual, and willing to travel to different sites.
