Job Responsibilities:

- Leading a team of 3-4 content writers.
- Editing & writing crisp copy on topics such as fashion, travel, lifestyle, gadgets, culture, holidays etc.
- Working in co-ordination with the entire editing team.
- Training and motivating team members on a regular basis.
- Developing site maps, navigational rules etc.
- Coming up with new and innovative concepts and ideas.

Desired Profile:

- Graduate, preferably in English Literature/ Journalism or Mass Communication.
- Strong editing/proofreading/copywriting skills.
- Excellent command over spoken and written English, especially a solid grammatical base.
- Basic knowledge of Internet and search engines.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and SEO, mainly in context of keywords.
- Strong organization, time management and problem solving skills.
- Should have a positive attitude and ability to guide and motivate team members.

Experience: 2-4 Years
