Job Overview ​We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Faculty member specializing in ECE / EE to join our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality academic training, guiding students through technical concepts, and helping them build solid foundational and practical skills in their respective engineering domains. ​Key Responsibilities ​Instruction & Delivery: Conduct engaging lectures and practical lab sessions covering core subjects in ECE/EE (e.g., Digital Electronics, Circuit Theory, Microprocessors, or Electrical Machines). ​Curriculum Management: Assist in updating lesson plans, study materials, and practical assignments to match current academic and industry requirements. ​Student Mentorship: Guide students with their academic queries, mini-projects, and exam preparation. ​Evaluation:



Conduct regular tests, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback to boost student confidence and retention. ​Qualifications & Skills ​Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or Electrical Engineering (EE / EEE). ​Experience: Freshers with excellent subject knowledge or experienced educators looking to make an impact are welcome. ​Technical Skills: Strong clarity on core engineering concepts, circuits, and basic hardware/software tools. ​Soft Skills: Excellent explanation skills, patience, and a genuine passion for teaching.

Pay: ₹10,123.39 - ₹20,000.00 per month
