We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Contract Engineer to manage project billing, client and subcontractor billing, contract administration, and cost monitoring. The candidate should ensure accurate documentation, timely bill submissions, and compliance with contract terms while coordinating with project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills based on work completed.
- Prepare work orders, and contract documents.
- Prepare quantity measurements from site records and drawings.
- Monitor contract terms, variations, change orders, and claims.
- Prepare and maintain billing records
- Assist in preparing tender-related documents and cost estimates.
- Follow up on pending payments and billing approvals.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
- Support project cost control and budget monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in billing and contract management in construction or heritage conservation projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and contract administration.e.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
