Responsible for Treating Patients, Maintaining Patient's Paper Work, Observe and Monitor Patient's Health. Ladies staff required.

- Direct Patient Care: Perform hygiene care (bathing, mouth care), bed making, pressure point care, and assist with feeding.
- Clinical Duties: Administer medications, injections, and IVs; perform dressing changes, catheterizations, and routine procedures (e.g., enemas).
- Assessment & Monitoring: Take, record, and monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and update treatment charts, including intake-output records.
- Emergency Response: Provide first aid, emergency care, and handle the emergency drug trolley.
- Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed reports of patient health histories, treatments, and procedures in both physical and digital formats.
- Care Coordination: Collaborate with doctors to create nursing care plans and assist with medical examinations.
- Patient Education & Advocacy:



Educate patients and families on diseases, nutrition, and self-care.
- Ward Management: Manage ward hygiene, supervise lower-level staff (orderlies/sweepers), and maintain inventory of instruments and medications.
- Pre- and Post-operative Care: Prepare patients for surgery, assist surgeons and anesthetists in the Operating Theatre (O.T.), and manage recovery.
