About Us

PCNS Nursery is a leading organization specializing in Landscaping, Horticulture, Tree Transplantation, Green Infrastructure, and Civil Works across India. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Government Tender Executive to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify and monitor government tender opportunities through GeM, CPP Portal, and State e-Procurement portals.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids within stipulated deadlines.
- Coordinate with estimation, finance, procurement, legal, and project teams for bid preparation.
- Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees (BGs), and statutory compliance documentation.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and respond to tender clarifications.
- Maintain accurate tender records, MIS reports, and bid status trackers.
- Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and contractual obligations.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Government Tendering and Contract Management.
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal,



and State e-Tender Portals.
- Solid knowledge of BOQ preparation, tender documentation, and government procurement procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF editing tools, and Digital Signature (DSC).
- Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Landscaping, Horticulture, Civil Construction, Irrigation, Infrastructure, Smart City, Municipal Corporation, PSU, or Government Projects will be given preference.
