Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Telecaller at an Aesthetic Clinic located in OMR, Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads to generate appointments for the clinic.
- Increase patient footfall through lead follow-up, cold calling, and other outreach activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
- Collect patient feedback and communicate insights to the clinic team to support service improvements.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, reception staff, and management to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Achieve appointment booking and conversion targets.




- Demonstrate a positive attitude and work collaboratively as part of a team.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Any graduate.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English and Tamil.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or patient coordination is preferred.
- Experience in a Skin, Hair, Aesthetic, or Healthcare Clinic will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain client databases and records.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
