We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our office in Tambaram. If you have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service, we’d love to meet you!
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Provide product/service information and answer inquiries.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Assist with follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless client interactions.
Requirements:
- Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication in Tamil and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills for data entry.
Location: Tambaram
Timing: Full-Time, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
