Job Responsibilities

As an Academic Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding students toward the right career path and helping them choose suitable training programs. Your responsibilities include:

- Counsel prospective students regarding career opportunities in the Delhi/NCR region.
- Guide students through the admission process and convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Provide personalized counseling to help students select the most appropriate course based on their career goals.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with students to ensure a positive counseling experience.
- Generate new business through referrals from existing students.
- Coordinate with faculty members for smooth batch planning and scheduling.
- Manage batches to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of the institute.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales activity reports, batch progress reports,



and revenue reports.
- Contribute to strengthening Madrid Software Trainings as a leading Ed-Tech institute.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-facing, counseling, and presentation abilities.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle challenging conversations professionally.
- Honest, proactive, dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Prior experience in education counseling or admissions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
