Primary Objective

Ensure accurate inventory management, smooth warehouse operations, loading/unloading supervision, dispatch accuracy, labour coordination, and daily operational reporting across 3 warehouses while maintaining 100% inventory accuracy.

Daily ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations

- Supervise loading and unloading activities.
- Allocate work to labourers.
- Monitor labour productivity throughout the day.
- Conduct daily morning briefings.
- Resolve labour-related issues.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
- Complete opening and closing warehouse checklists.
- Coordinate activities across multiple warehouses when required.

Inventory Management

- Scan every inbound and outbound carton.
- Manually verify box numbers against records.
- Record inventory movement in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Update inventory immediately after receiving or dispatch.
- Investigate stock mismatches.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits.
- Verify physical inventory against system records.
- Maintain 100% inventory accuracy.

Receiving Operations

- Count every incoming carton.
- Verify received quantities.
- Identify shortages immediately.
- Allocate storage locations.
- Update inventory before stock is stored.

Dispatch Operations

- Pick inventory as per dispatch requirements.
- Verify quantities before loading.
- Scan all cartons before dispatch.
- Prepare loading sheets.
- Verify dispatch documentation.
- Supervise loading process.
- Seal vehicles before dispatch.




- Confirm final dispatch.

Prepare and submit daily:

- Opening Stock Report
- Closing Stock Report
- Goods Received Report
- Goods Dispatched Report
- Labour Productivity Report
- Pending Tasks Report
- Shortage Report
- Inventory Status Report
- Loading Sheet
- Dispatch Sheet

Technology Skills

Candidate Profile Experience

- Minimum 3 years in warehouse operations or inventory management.

Education

- Minimum 12th Pass.
