TELESALES EXECUTIVE & CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata (Office Based)

Experience: 2-5 Years (B2B Telecalling/Telesales Preferred)
Education: Graduate Preferred

We are looking for energetic, confident and ambitious Telesales Executives who want to build a long-term career with excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new industrial customer leads through outbound calling.
- Contact factories, manufacturing units, engineering companies, chemical industries and industrial buyers.
- Schedule appointments for Field Sales Team.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain customer data in CRM.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with sales, logistics and technical teams.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Bengali
- Confident telephone personality.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with strong follow-up capability.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email).




- Experience in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Industrial Products, Chemicals, Manufacturing sector will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives Fixed Salary
(Based on Experience & Performance)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 10:00 AM to 7 PM

& Saturday - 10:00 AM to 5 PM

(Sunday Fixed off )

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
