- Coordinate with site/project & accounts team
- Maintain purchase records & monitor inventory
- Ensure material quality & cost control
- Track market rates & price trends
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate (Civil / Commerce / Supply Chain)
- 3+ yrs experience in real estate/construction procurement
- Strong negotiation & vendor management skills
- Knowledge of construction materials & local market
- Positive communication & MS Excel
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
