Job description

We’re looking for a tech-driven Project Manager to spearhead ERP development, customization, and implementation projects. If you’re hands-on with code and confident leading technical teams—this role is for you.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end ERP development & implementation

- Translate requirements into robust technical solutions

- Review code, guide team on architecture & best practices

- Manage sprints, timelines, scope & deliverables

- Oversee customizations, API integrations & data migration

- Drive Agile ceremonies & ensure quality releases

- Support UAT, training & post-go-live success

Skills We're Looking For

- Solid development background in ERPNext/Frappe (preferred)

- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, REST APIs

- Deep understanding of ERP modules (HR, Finance, Inventory, CRM, etc.)

- Strong debugging, problem-solving & team leadership skills

- Hands-on with SDLC, Git & Agile workflows

Nice To Have

- Cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- DevOps exposure: CI/CD, Docker, bench

- PMP/CSM/Agile certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
