We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company's presence in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent networking skills, and experience in selling construction materials or related products.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Maharashtra.
- Generate sales through builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and dealers.
- Appoint and manage distributors/channel partners in assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
- Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Finance for timely order execution.
- Ensure timely payment collections and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming projects.




- Submit daily visit reports (DVR), sales reports, and sales forecasts.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.

Experience

- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Construction industries.

Skills Required

- Solid sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of project sales and dealer/channel sales.
- Good understanding of the construction materials market.

Mandatory Requirements

- Personal vehicle is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel across Maharashtra.
- Strong network with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers is preferred.
- Target-oriented and self-driven individual capable of independently handling assigned territories.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
