In this role, you will support the 17 team members in a wide range of tasks, ranging from helping organise internal and external events (such as the SmartForest conference or our annual offsites) to supporting project managers and accounting processes. You will enable everyone to be more productive and improve the organisation!
Job Details
Responsibilities
- Support all team members with administrative tasks
- Help with the organisation of internal events as well as workshops and user conferences
- Support the project management office (e.g. creating templates)
- Set up and optimise internal processes, e.g. in benefits handling
- Handle ingoing invoices and create outgoing invoices
Your Profile
- Result-oriented, can-do personality who takes responsibility
- Fluent (C1+) in German and English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
Bonus Qualifications
- Project management experience/certifications
- Event organisation experience
- Knowledge of international invoicing rules (e.g. VAT)
