About the Role

We are building India’s first truly AI-powered academic institute — and we’re looking for a rare kind of educator.

You should be someone who:

- Can guide students in all subjects till Grade 12
- Has experience with multiple boards (CBSE, ICSE, GSEB, IGCSE, AS/A, IBDP)
- Understands how to use AI tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, Google Gemini in daily academic support
- Can help students not just learn, but think
- Is open to mentoring students of all age groups — from middle school to senior year

Responsibilities

- Provide subject support across Maths, Science, English, Social Studies, Economics, and more
- Assist students in solving school homework, exam prep, revision, and doubt clearance
- Help students across boards: Cambridge (IGCSE/AS/A), IB (MYP/DP), CBSE, ICSE, GSEB
- Use AI tools to generate notes, plan studies, guide self-learning, and explain concepts
- Mentor students on thinking, logic, and learning techniques — not just provide answers
- Track student progress using dashboards and trackers (you will be trained on these)
- Be able to use online resources, digital worksheets, and customized learning tools

Who You Should Be

- A multi-talented educator with strong command over academic content till Grade 12
- Comfortable teaching across boards, subjects, and age groups




- Up-to-date with AI tools used in education — or willing to learn fast
- Calm, polite, and confident with students and parents
- Preferably someone with experience guiding Cambridge or IB students
- Open to using technology, dashboards, and chat-based tools
- Willing to relocate or already living in Rajkot

Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate (any stream)
- Strong academic base across multiple subjects
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience with multiple boards (min 2+ years preferred)
- Fluent in English communication
- AI tool awareness (ChatGPT, Gemini, Notion AI, Canva AI, etc.) — training will be provided if needed
