About the Role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support the hiring process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals and other platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening and follow-ups
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Coordinate with hiring managers for hiring requirements
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination for selected candidates

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline




- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes
- Familiarity with MS Office and job portals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
