We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer social media accounts for our esteemed clients. As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Key Requirement / Responsibilities

- 2 - 3 years of communications experience, including at least 1-2 years in the digital practice of ad agency or PR agency, or in a digital agency or social media agency.

- Experience in creating and executing social media, community management, influencer relations, and integrated marketing programs for clients

- Presence to engage and present strategy to clients at a senior level.

- Active presence on social media, including personal blog, social networking and micro-blogging.

- Work with team members and partners to plan and implement strategic social media programs for clients.





- Manage 2-3 clients’ projects or retainers at any time with a dedicated team of 2-3 Account Executives.

- Manage client relationship, lead on planning and review meetings, and ensure that the team delivers as per client expectations.

- Work with the development team to ensure social media tools (for ex. FB connect, Sharing buttons, analytics tool) are kept up to date.

- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities. Duties include online advocacy, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.

- Manage presence in social networking sites including Face book, Twitter, and other similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed.

- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
