About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to design engaging learning content for students. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking Kannada, and have a passion for creating high-quality educational content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design instructional content, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Translate and adapt educational content between Kannada and English where required.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, and the product team to enhance curriculum quality.
- Review and update existing learning materials based on feedback and curriculum changes.
- Ensure content is accurate, learner-centric, and pedagogically effective.
- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and instructional design standards.

Requirements

- Instructional Design, Kannada, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Excellent reading, writing,



and speaking skills in Kannada (mandatory).
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or educational content creation is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and educational technology is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in K-12 or EdTech content development.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
