- Communicate with clients to understand travel needs, preferences, and budget.
- Recommend suitable destinations, tour packages, hotels, and activities.
- Prepare customized itineraries and price quotations.
- Handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa assistance, insurance, and transfers.
- Stay updated on travel guidelines, offers, and current tourism trends.
- Coordinate with DMCs, airlines, and hotel suppliers for smooth bookings.
- Manage client queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain booking records, follow-ups, and payment schedules.
- Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and travel support.
- Upsell add-on services (sightseeing, upgrades, etc.).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
