The Multimedia Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training in Graphic Design, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, and VFX while mentoring students, developing course content, conducting practical sessions, and ensuring students are industry-ready for placements and freelancing opportunities.

- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, and VFX pipelines.

- Knowledge of rendering engines (Arnold, Cycles, Eevee, V-Ray is an advantage).
- Understanding of AI-assisted creative tools (Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, etc.).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Maya, Blender, and Adobe Animate.
- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design, 2D Animation, 3D Animation, and VFX workflows.
- Understanding of design principles, animation principles, compositing,



video editing, and rendering.
- Excellent teaching, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to mentor students and guide portfolio development.
- Strong creativity, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Valuable time management and classroom management skills.
- Ability to work on live projects and keep up with the latest industry trends and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Animation, VFX, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of industry and/or teaching experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in Graphic Design, 2D/3D Animation, and VFX.
- Experience handling live client projects or production pipelines is an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Cloud, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or VFX software are preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
