This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of software projects and driving successful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality software output.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Robust knowledge of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to lead technical teams and manage complex software development projects.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including code quality assurance and version control.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.

- This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
