- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger, Oracle PeopleSoft Commitment Control.
- Positive To Have Skills: Experience with PeopleSoft PeopleTools.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and cross-functional collaboration.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger.

- This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ office.
