Job Description :
- Handling of parental seeds production , Paddy seed production.
- Knowledge to conduct Seed Prodn Research.
- Handling of breeding nursery and assist lead breeder for selection
- Organise land and other infrastructure to carry out breeding operations.
- Labour planning and their arrangement and ensuring their regular flow.
Skills Set :
- Should have working practical knowledge on crop agronomy ( disease and pest management , agronomy management )
- Excel / word / PPT / email skills (Valuable Communicator)
- MS office with high competency
- Critical evaluation ability
