Educere Academy is a leading coaching institute in Thiruvananthapuram, specializing in CUET, KLEE, and other competitive entrance examination coaching. We are looking for a agile, energetic, and result-oriented professional to strengthen our marketing and student outreach initiatives.

Position: Digital Marketing & Student Outreach ExecutiveKey Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
- Visit schools, higher secondary institutions, and educational organizations to promote Educere Academy's courses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities, teachers, parents, and students.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and promotional activities in schools.
- Generate student enquiries and support the admission process.
- Create engaging social media content, including reels, posters, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing events, workshops, and career guidance programs.
- Assist in branding and lead generation initiatives.

Preferred Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.




- Basic graphic designing skills (Canva or similar tools) are an advantage.
- Knowledge of video shooting, video production, and video editing will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with good content creation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for school visits and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in digital marketing, education marketing, admissions, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for marketing are also encouraged to apply.
