What you'll do

- Call prospects in the US and Australia to introduce our service and book qualified appointments
- Handle inbound replies from email and follow up by phone to move leads toward a booked call
- Build and verify targeted lead lists using tools like Apollo, Google Maps, and the Facebook Ad Library
- Filter prospects by buying signals (already running ads, weak websites, review gaps) so we only contact good fit businesses
- Run cold email campaigns in Instantly or Smartlead, keeping sequences and deliverability healthy
- Track every prospect and conversation in a shared sheet or CRM and keep the pipeline clean and up to date

What we're looking for

- Excellent spoken English with a transparent, neutral accent that US and Australian prospects understand easily
- Confident and comfortable on the phone, including cold calls, with the resilience to handle rejection
- Strong written English for emails that read as clear and professional




- Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, telesales, or B2B outreach
- Familiarity with some of: Apollo, Instantly or Smartlead, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, Google Sheets
- Organized, self driven, and comfortable hitting daily call and outreach targets
- Reliable internet, a quiet calling environment, a good headset, and willingness to work US or Australia business hours

Nice to have

- Experience selling to home service or home improvement businesses
- Understanding of email deliverability basics such as warm up and sending limits
- Track record of hitting booking or quota targets

Pay: ₹9,981.82 - ₹40,368.16 per month
