About Us
Pentagon Infra Ventures is a growing infrastructure and construction company specializing in civil construction, project execution, and building material solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor labor productivity and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress, attendance, and material consumption records.
- Coordinate with Project Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Clients.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Verify measurements and monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Good understanding of civil construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines.
