Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager with exclusive experience in managing HR operations at the university or higher education level. Candidates with experience in schools, colleges (non-university), corporate organizations, or other sectors should not apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete HR operations for a university, including faculty and administrative staff
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and separation processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in line with university regulations
- Handle faculty performance appraisals, employee relations, and grievance management
- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and education-sector regulations
- Work closely with university leadership and administration teams

Mandatory Eligibility Criteria:

- University-level HR management experience is strictly required
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional in a University / Higher Education Institution




- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and education-sector compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
