Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound customer calls, generating leads, explaining products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products/services
- Handle customer inquiries in a skilled manner
- Generate and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Achieve daily and monthly calling/sales targets
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and offers
- Handle customer complaints and escalate when required

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills




- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Sales and telecalling experience preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-oriented setting

Language Requirements

Candidates fluent in Tamil and English are preferred. Knowledge of Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada will be considered an added advantage.

Qualification

- Minimum: Higher Secondary / Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary

Salary will be based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
