- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and monitor sales performance across multiple clinics.
- Lead, train, and motivate clinic sales counselors and managers.
- Develop strategies to increase memberships and treatment package sales.
- Track lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance dashboards.
- Conduct regular visits to clinics for performance reviews.
- Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns.
- Recruit, coach, and evaluate sales staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Experience in wellness, healthcare, beauty, fitness, or slimming clinics is preferred.
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
