Job Description:

- Study and Review Architectural/Engineering Services/Sub-Contractor drawings / BOQ / Tender documents to ensure coordination and integration.
- Acting as the main technical advisor, brief, direct and supervise day to day operations of sub-contractors when required, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
- Handle site petty cash expenses and coordinate with Accounts dept.
- Establish, coordinate, maintain and build good relations with clients as well as their representatives.
- Check and ensure quality control of work and materials is carried out in accordance with the specification requirements.
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
- Liaising with Quantity surveyors such as prep. Of material indent in various stages, cross check incoming materials with DC and facilitate measurement / other details for raising running bills
- Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to
- Prepare site reports inclusive of monthly stock checks / visit factory & follow up for each project.
- Ensure works are carried out in accordance with the Construction Program




- Other duties as required by the reporting authority which is reasonably within the scope of this role.

Required Candidate profile

Should be an BE / Dip. in Civil

Exp: 2- 6 yrs

- Proficient in using computer system and adaptable to ERP system
- Good skills in managing personnel and material resources
- Solid time management & Project management skills
- Coordination skills
- Willing to develop long term career

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
