Position: Business Development Manager (Urban Planning)
Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, acquire clients, and drive revenue growth.
2. Develop research reports, technical proposals, presentations, and business documents.
3. Prepare and submit EOIs, RFPs, tenders, and proposals with accuracy and within deadlines.
4. Coordinate with Government Departments, ULBs, Development Authorities, and other stakeholders.
5. Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying strategic partnerships.
6. Assist in contract negotiations with clients, consultants, and vendors.




7.Maintain project documentation in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
8. Travel across India for client meetings, business development activities, project pursuits, and organizational requirements.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in tendering, proposal writing, and government procurement processes.
- Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Urban Planning, Smart Cities, GIS, AMRUT, PM Gati Shakti, or infrastructure consultancy projects will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
