Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to enhance functionality and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the software development lifecycle.

- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
