Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Jewellery Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead our sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong retail management experience combined with hands-on knowledge of the jewellery industry.

Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day store operations with efficiency and excellence
- Build and mentor a high-performing, customer-focused sales team
- Manage inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper presentation
- Deliver a premium, personalized experience to customers, including consultations and custom orders
- Stay updated on jewellery trends, gemstones, and craftsmanship techniques
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement with attention to quality and value
- Oversee high-value transactions, appraisals,



and certifications with complete integrity
- Drive sales performance through strategy and hands-on leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and service standards
- Handle customer complaints and after-sales service, including repairs and warranty claims
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management
- Prior experience in the jewellery industry required
- Strong knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and jewellery craftsmanship
- Proven ability to lead teams and consistently achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-relationship skills
- Experience with POS and inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to work flexible schedule
