Position: Chef / Kitchen Support
Location: Mallapur (VNR Gardens, Opp. Above KFC, 2nd Floor)

Role Overview

As part of the Atlas Fitness team, you will support daily kitchen operations by assisting in the preparation of easy, nutritious meals and ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing basic, healthy meals for staff
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables and ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, utensils, and storage areas
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food items
- Follow hygiene and food safety guidelines strictly
- Support the team in smooth daily kitchen operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Basic cooking or kitchen experience preferred




- Good understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a team
- Responsible, disciplined, and hardworking attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt
