Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US staffing and exposure to tier-1 clients (like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, etc.). The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, screening, and closing positions within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment
- Work on requirements from tier-1 clients / implementation partners (Infosys-type clients)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 roles
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, visa status, and communication
- Coordinate interviews and manage offer closures
- Maintain strong pipeline and ensure quick turnaround time

Required Skills:

- Experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing
- Hands-on experience working with tier-1 clients (Infosys / TCS / Wipro / Cognizant / Accenture, etc.)
- Knowledge of Visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)
- Understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Solid communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to work in US shift (night shift)

Good to Have:

- Experience with VMS/MSP clients
- Familiarity with ATS tools
- Experience hiring for IT skills (Java, Data, Cloud, SAP, etc.)
