Travanleo > Talent Acquisition Lead

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead 9+ years of TA experience, preferably in SAP and IT hiring.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, expertise in sourcing niche technical talent, and the ability to independently manage the full recruitment lifecycle. A basic understanding of SAP roles and modules is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SAP and IT roles.




- Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with business needs.
- Work closely with customer contacts for staffing requirements and share suitable candidate profiles for contract/contract-to-hire needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and timelines.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social channels, referrals, networks, and events.
- Ensure a professional, seamless, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Use recruitment metrics to improve hiring quality, pipeline strength, and turnaround time.
- Strengthen employer branding through recruitment marketing and external presence.
- Manage relationships with external recruiters, vendors, and partners.
- Maintain compliance with hiring processes and ensure accurate ATS documentation.

Qualifications

- 9+ years of Talent Acquisition experience (SAP/IT hiring preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to hire for niche technical roles and manage multiple requirements independently.
- Experience working directly with customers for staffing and contract resourcing (preferred).
- Basic understanding of SAP technologies (added advantage).
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and coordination skills.
