Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with solid experience in Accounts & Finance to join our team in a fast-paced, multinational environment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and international accounting standards, along with the ability to manage end-to-end accounting processes while working in US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements in compliance with US GAAP / IFRS
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account analysis
- Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and documentation
- Coordinate with international clients and cross-functional teams
- Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify process improvements and implement best accounting practices

Eligibility Criteria





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
- 6-12 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance (MNC preferred)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles & financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Comfortable working in night shift (US time zone)
