A Cinema Service Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience at the theatre . With a friendly, customer-oriented attitude, you will assist in various operations, ensuring high levels of service, safety, and efficiency. This position supports the management team and is essential for maintaining a positive movie-going experience for all patrons.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- Customer Service and Ticket Sales: Greet customers, assist with inquiries, process ticket sales efficiently, and manage inventory.
- Concession Stand Operations: Prepare and serve snacks and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ushering and Auditorium Management: Ensure smooth seating, monitor auditoriums for safety,



and assist with cleaning between screenings.
- Security and Facility Maintenance: Maintain a secure environment, report maintenance issues, and assist with routine cleaning of public areas.
- Cash Handling and Collaboration: Manage cash transactions, prepare financial reports, and work with staff on effective operations and special events.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
