Job Title: Account Executive (Payment Collection & Accounts)

Location: Mohali 82jlpl industrial area Moohali punjab
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 3+ Years Preferred
Qualification: Any Graduate

We are looking for a mature, responsible, and experienced Account Executive (Payment Collection & Accounts) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling accounting tasks independently while ensuring timely collection of payments from clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage payment follow-ups with clients through calls, messages, and emails.
- Send payment reminders and ensure timely collection of outstanding dues.
- Handle cold calling for overdue payment recovery.
- Visit clients/customers once a week for payment collection and follow-up activities.
- Perform GST filing and compliance-related activities.
- Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Conduct bank reconciliation and maintain accounting records.
- Pass accounting entries and maintain financial data accurately.
- Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation and records.




- Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding payment-related matters.

Required & Experience

- Experience in GST filing and compliance.
- Experience in ITR preparation and filing.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Busy Software, Tally, and MS Excel.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of payment collections.
- Willingness to visit clients occasionally for collection and related follow-ups.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
