Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Estimation Executive with 3–5 years of experience in the metal fabrication and manufacturing sector. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, calculating manufacturing costs, and preparing accurate financial quotations. Your expertise will directly influence our bidding success and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Quotations: Analyze engineering drawings, blueprints, and material specifications to create accurate cost estimates and client proposals.
- Analyze Production Costs: Calculate expenses for raw materials (sheet metal, steel, aluminum), labor, machining, welding, and surface treatment processes.
- Evaluate Vendor Pricing: Source and negotiate material prices with suppliers to ensure competitive costing.
- Collaborate Internally: Coordinate with design, production,



and procurement teams to verify manufacturing feasibility and process timelines.
- Maintain Databases: Update and manage the internal costing database, including raw material price fluctuations and labor rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of costing or estimation experience specifically within metal fabrication, sheet metal, steel, or aluminum manufacturing.
- Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of fabrication processes, manufacturing methods, and raw material properties.
- Analytical Skills: High proficiency in mathematical calculations, data analysis, and pricing strategies.
- Software Skills: Hands-on experience with MS Excel (advanced formulas), ERP systems, and the ability to read AutoCAD/engineering drawings.
- Soft Skills: Clear communication skills to interact with internal teams and external clients, with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
