Job description
Sample Collection and Preparation:
Physic-Chemical Testing ( Viscosity. Moisture content, Particle Size, Ph Value, protein and Ash Content)
Equipment Operation and Maintenance : Operate and calibrate laboratory equipment such as viscometers, spectrophotometers, pH meters, and particle size analyzers.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of testing equipment to ensure accurate results .
Reporting and Collaboration
Prepare detailed reports on test results, highlighting any deviations from standards and recommending corrective actions.
Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure
consistent product quality.
Qualifications :
- Educational Background: B.Sc. in Food Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
- Experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the food or hydrocolloid industry.
- Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
