Department - Accounts & Tax

Qualification: Commerce Gradate (minimum) / Diploma in Tax Management / CA, CS Semi qualified (one who is not pursuing his CA CS)

Experience: Minimum 3/4 years in Account and Tax Compliance

Job Profile:

The executive will be responsible to execute all accounting function at client location which shall include the following:

· Accounting in TALLY ERP 9/ZOOH should be well verse with using all the functions.

· Preparing all invoice/ vouchers as per client requirements with calculation of taxes TDS TCS and GST.

· Make all monthly payments online GST TDS PT etc. in proper challans

· Vendor payments cheques and online payments and Net Banking

· Payroll management with all compliance of taxes and deductions

· Filing of GST, TDS PT Returns and PF on line compliance.

· Maintain all accounting records and documents for management and audit compliance





· Prepare financial statements including calculation for deprecation and tax audit schedules

· Prepare MIS for management review ongoing.

· Co-ordinate and attend to the requirements of internal auditors and statutory auditors and Due Diligence.

· Coordinate with vendors / customer and consultants for company compliance work and follow up.

· Coordinate with CS for ROC Compliance

· Prepare details for GST, Professional tax and Income tax assessments

Skill Essential:

Tally ERP, TDS, GST and Payroll management, financial accounting for corporate entities & Good Communication skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
