As we expand, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive who wants to earn based on performance, not limits.

About the Role

This is a commission-based Sales Executive role for someone who wants complete control over their income. There's no ceiling here — the more leads you convert, the more you earn. You'll be reaching out to potential clients, pitching our services, and closing deals, with full freedom to work at your own pace and earn based on your results.

Responsibilities

- Reach out to potential clients and generate new business leads
- Conduct calls and meetings to understand client requirements
- Present and pitch BBS's services confidently and clearly
- Recommend the right solutions based on client needs
- Follow up consistently to close deals and convert leads into clients




- Maintain strong relationships with clients post-sale for repeat business

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident on calls and in meetings
- Ability to understand client needs and offer the right solutions
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to earn and grow
- Prior sales experience is a plus (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply)
